Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 1 packet of homemade sheets
  • eggs - 4
  • yoghurt - 2 cups (500 g)
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • feta cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • carbonated water - 1 cup
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)

How to make

Beat the eggs and yoghurt with 1/2 tsp baking soda.

Smear 1 sheet with this mixture and crumble feta cheese on top, wrap into a roll, arrange in a tray and repeat until all out of sheets.

Set aside a little of the mixture, pour 1 cup carbonated water into it and pour this over the phyllo pastry. Add butter and bake at 370°F (190 °C).
