Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 1 packet
  • eggs - 6 large (1 yolk for the top)
  • feta cheese - about 10.5 oz (300 g), hard
  • yoghurt - 1 cup, 3.6% fat
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • carbonated water - 1/2 cup
  • butter - for spreading

How to make

Take the phyllo pastry, yoghurt and eggs out 5-10 min. ahead of time, so that they're at room temperature.

Beat the eggs in a bowl. Shake the yoghurt cup and put the baking soda in it. Stir with a spoon until it bubbles. Add the yoghurt to the eggs, add the carbonated water and stir until homogenized.
