How to make
First, prepare the toppings. Instead of ham or salami you can use 10-12 anchovy fillets or some other type of oil preserved fish.
Remove the pits from the olives. Beat the tomato paste with the oil and spices. Cut the ham into cubes and grate the cheese. If using fish, drain from the oil. Chop the garlic finely.
Sift the flour with the baking powder. Knead a dough from the listed products. Roll it out in a buttered and flour tray. Put it to bake in the oven until reddened.
Take it out and smear it with the tomato blend. On top, arrange salami/fish, the garlic and grated cheese. Put it back in the oven until the pizza gains an appetizing crisp.
