How to make
Boil the potatoes until slightly soft. Then cut them into thin slices. Beat the eggs with spices and pour the mixture over the potatoes.
With a fork, gently stir to spread well between potatoes. In a pan, hot liquid is poured into the mixture.
After browned well underneath, gently invert on a large plate. Then carefully return to the pan to seal the other side.
Serve with salad.
