How to make
All of the products for kneading (flour, yeast, sugar, salt, water, eggs, yogurt and oil) are placed in the bread maker and the kneading setting is switched on.
While the bread maker is kneading, make a mixture of 1 egg and the crumbled white cheese.
Divide the risen dough into 10 equal parts of 5.5 oz (155 g). Form balls.
Roll each ball in an elliptical shape, which is about 12″ (30 cm). Put the mixture on the wide part and roll it up.
In the same way, make the other balls into rolls.
In a greased tray, put 5 rolls and the next 5 we intertwine, so that a grid is formed.
Leave the tutmanik to rise at 120°F (50°C) in the oven.
Spread it with egg yolk and bake it at 320°F (160°C).
You can serve this successful bulgarian tutmanik for breakfast and why not take on the road.
