How to make
First, whip the eggs well and add the yoghurt and baking soda to them. Stir and add the feta cheese (it's best to crumble it more coarsely), as well as the oil. Combine the baking powder and flour and add them to the main mixture. Stir and it's ready to bake!
A little trick - you can use baking paper to prevent it from sticking and to have the underside of the Tutmanik be softer. Cut it to match the form of the container or tray in which you'll be baking. The baking soda and baking powder will make the Tutmanik tasty, as well as give it a nice fluffy appearance.
Bake for about 30 min. until the crust turns golden or slightly brown. To make sure it's baked, you can check it with a toothpick - if it has material stuck to it when you poke it, it mean it's not ready.
