How to make
The pork shoulder meat is cut into bite-sized pieces and lightly fried in hot fat.
Add the finely chopped onion, carrot and pepper to the semi-fried meat.
Pour a little water into the pot and let the vegetables simmer.
Wash the spinach, chop it and put it in the pot. When it is scalded and reduced in volume, add the ground tomatoes and a spoonful of paprika.
Stir the products and let them cook for about five to six minutes. Add the washed bulgur along with two and a half cups of water. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
Let it boil for ten minutes, then cover with a lid and turn off the stove.
The bulgur should swell and absorb the water for about 20 minutes, during which time the lid is not removed.
Then, juicy pork with spinach and bulgur is ready to serve.
