How to make
The meat is cut into cubes and fried in the oil along with the leek.
The spinach is washed and cut. Add it to the meat and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the tomatoes. Sprinkle with paprika and pour water. The bulgur is washed and added to the dish.
Boil over low heat until the bulgur and meat are fully cooked.
Keep an eye on it, so that the water does not evaporate and if necessary, more hot water is added.
After cooking the bulgur, the pork with spinach is removed from the heat and sprinkled with chopped parsley and dill.
The pork with spinach and bulgur is a classic and delicious dish.
