How to make
Chop the onion (1 head) and garlic (2 cloves) finely and saute them in hot oil.
Add the coarsely chopped bunches of spinach and continue sauteing for a few more minutes.
Add the bulgur and stir. Salt and season with black pepper. Pour in 1 cup of water and boil the dish until the bulgur absorbs all of the liquid.
Add the ground walnuts and stir. Serve warm.
