How to cook
Cut the meat into pieces and stew it in a little fat. Add the washed and chopped spinach to it.
Add the finely chopped onion. Add water and boil it. Season with spices by taste.
If the stew doesn't seem thick enough, you can thicken it with 1-2 tablespoons of flour, by first diluting it in a little warm water and then adding it to the stew.
