Ingredients

  • chicken livers - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • hot peppers - 1
  • peppers - 1/2 each yellow, green, red
  • onions - 2
  • mushrooms - 6
  • carrots - 1
  • savory herb
  • black pepper

How to make

Peel and cut the mushrooms.

Wash the chicken livers very well and cut them up.

Boil them in boiling water for a few minutes, strain them well and rinse them again.

Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil and fry the mushrooms until golden. Take them out and in the same fat, fry the peppers and carrot cut into strips.
