How to make
Peel and cut the mushrooms.
Wash the chicken livers very well and cut them up.
Boil them in boiling water for a few minutes, strain them well and rinse them again.
Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil and fry the mushrooms until golden. Take them out and in the same fat, fry the peppers and carrot cut into strips.
Once they are soft, return the mushrooms and livers. Season with spices and fry.
Add the chopped onion and cook until the livers are fully cooked.
