How to make
Heat oil in a pan, fry finely chopped onion and garlic until soft, add mushrooms, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and savory herb.
Stir and let the liquid boil for 3-4 minutes. Add washed and strained rice, stir and when it changes its appearance slightly, pour 2-3 cups of hot water and stir to mix the products.
Turn off the heat and transfer to a small baking pan. Bake in a heated oven at 180°C until the rice is ready. Take out the baking pan and distribute pieces of mozzarella on top, place it back into the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Serve the spinach with rice with fresh garlic and parsley.
