How to make
Cut the spinach and put it in a pot along with the coarsely chopped onion, rice, half of the oil, 1 cup of water, a little mint and as much salt as you like. Stew it over medium heat.
When the water evaporates, pour the mixture into a greased baking pan. Fry the flour in the remaining oil, dilute it with milk and leave it to boil.
Remove the spinach casserole from the heat and thicken it with the beaten egg. Pour the spinach with the stuffing and bake in a moderately heated oven.
