Ingredients

  • millet flour - 1 cup
  • yogurt - 2/3 cup
  • eggs - 2
  • butter - 3 tbsp.
  • coconut oil - 1 tbsp.
  • baking powder - 0.2 oz (5 g)
  • brown sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - a pinch
  • vanilla essence - 1 tsp.

How to make

Beat the eggs in a bowl with the yogurt (having previously put the baking powder in the yogurt).

Add brown sugar, vanilla, salt and pre-melted butter and coconut oil (cooled) to the egg mixture.

Finally, add the millet flour while stirring continuously. You should get a cake-like batter.

Bake the waffles and before you pour the batter for the wafers, grease the molds of the waffle iron with oil.
