How to make
Cut the meat into cubes and the onion into crescents.
Fry the onion in a little oil. Add the meat and sliced mushrooms to it.
After the mushrooms change color, add the finely chopped peppers and tomatoes.
Add spices to taste and pour the wine.
Let the kavarma cook for about 20 minutes.
Serve it with mashed potatoes or rice.
