Ingredients

  • chicken legs - 8
  • garlic - 5 cloves, pressed
  • dill - 8 tablespoons
  • apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • paprika - 1 tsp + 1 pinch cayenne
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • chili - 1 tsp, powdered
  • cumin - 1 pinch

How to make

In a large bowl mix all the spices - garlic, cumin, chili pepper. Add the oil. Coat the legs with this marinade and let them stand for about 30 minutes.

Arrange the marinated thighs in a baking dish, add 2/5 cup (100 ml) of water and put them to bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven. Bake them for 5 minutes on each side. In a small bowl, combine the dill with the apple cider vinegar.

Remove the legs and with an appropriate brush smear them with some of the glaze. Return to the oven for 5 minutes. Again, take the legs out, turn them over and brush the other side with the glaze.

Do this two more times. Serve with a garnish of your choice.
