  • chicken fillet - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • onions - 4 onion
  • peppers - 2 pcs.
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper
  • bay leaves - 2 pcs.
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • hot peppers - 4 pcs.
  • savory herb

How to make

Wash, clean the chicken fillet and cut it into pieces. Fry them on both sides in a pan with heated fat.

Cut the onion into large crescents and add it to the chicken fillet along with the finely chopped peppers.

Sprinkle with flour, paprika and pour warm water and stir to avoid lumps.

When the dish boils, season it with black pepper, bay leaves, diced potatoes, tomatoes and hot peppers.
