How to make
The beans and their water are poured into a clay guvec. The oven is turned on to 150 degrees.
In a heated pan with oil fry the finely chopped onions, carrots and peppers (both sweet and hot). Add the flour and fry for another minute. Add the chopped celery and devesil.
Season with salt, black pepper and paprika. Stir and remove from heat.
Pour the vegetable thickener into the beans and add 1 cup (200 ml) of hot water. Cover it with a lid.
Put the stew in the oven and increase the temperature to 390°F (200 degrees). After about 20 minutes, add the tomatoes.
Season with more salt, if necessary. Cook them for another 10-15 minutes.
