Ingredients

  • peppers - 1 pc.
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • chicken fillet - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 2 pcs.
  • mushrooms - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • salt
  • leek - 1 stalk
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • olive oil - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 ml)
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper
  • white wine - 1/3 cup (80 ml)
  • starch - 1 tbsp.
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.
  • tomato juice - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • sugar - 1 tsp.

How to make

Clean and chop the onion into crescents, stew them in fat for five minutes. Wash, cut and add the chicken fillet to it.

Clean and cut the mushrooms and carrots. Add them and cook for another five minutes under the lid.

Chop the rest of the ingredients for the chicken kavarma - tomatoes, peppers, garlic and leeks. Add them to the others.

Season with paprika and bay leaf. As soon as the delicious kavarma boils, pour the wine.

When it evaporates, add the tomato juice and cook the Turkish chicken kavarma for 40 minutes.
