Ingredients

  • snails - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • honey - 1 tsp.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • parsley - 1 pinch

How to make

The snails are boiled and salted.

Add the honey and stir, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Then add the olive oil and stir, until it is completely absorbed by the snail meat.

Finally, parsley is added.

Spread the pate on a slice of bread, preferably sourdough bread.
