Ingredients

  • snails - 14 oz (400 g), cleaned and boiled
  • peppers - 5 - 6 red, roasted and peeled
  • tomatoes - 3, large, ripe
  • zucchini - 2 - 3
  • onions - 2 - 3 heads (large)
  • garlic - 3 - 4 heads
  • oil - 1/3 cup
  • paprika - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • savory - 1 tablespoon
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • soya sauce - 2 - 3 tablespoons, dark
  • thyme
  • coriander
  • ginger

How to make

Cut the snails into small pieces and fry them in preheated oil. Add the zucchini and onions chopped into strips. Fry the mixture for 5-6 minutes.

Add the peppers that have been cut into strips and fry for 5-6 minutes again. Finally, add the peeled and diced tomatoes to the dish, which you then boil until it remains mostly in oil.

Add the spices and turn off the heat.
