How to make
Crumble the yeast and put it in a container with 4 tbsp flour and 2/5 cup (100 ml) milk or water. Stir to a homogeneous mixture, cover with a plate to activate.
Pour the flour into a deep bowl in which you intend to knead the dough. Make a well in it, pour in the remaining ingredients, the activated yeast and the rest of the milk/water.
Stir well with a spoon. Then pour it onto the counter and begin kneading with your hands. The end result needs to be a medium-thick, stretchy dough.
To get a good result, hit the dough 100 times on the counter. This way it finishes kneading, obtains a smooth surface and has bubbles form. Leave the dough to rise.
