How to make
First, activate the yeast in 2/5 cup (100 ml) warm milk, sugar and a few tbsp flour.
From the rest of the products and activated yeast, knead a dough. Leave it to rise/double in volume.
Divide up the dough into 18 balls. Roll out a rectangle from each ball, smear with butter, arrange them on top of one another in 3's, for a total of 6.
Roll them up into rolls, cut them lengthwise, tie the 2 ends in a knot.
Arrange each knot in the baking tray. Let them rise. Smear with beaten yolk mixed with a little milk and oil. Bake in a 360°F (180 °C) oven.
