How to make
The snails are boiled and salted.
Add the honey and stir, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Then add the olive oil and stir, until it is completely absorbed by the snail meat.
Finally, parsley is added.
Spread the pate on a slice of bread, preferably sourdough bread.

Snails are a very protein-rich food.
Suitable drink for snail pate: White dry wine depending on its acidity: the type of olive oil :) (eg: the most acidic white wine: with extra virgin olive oil).
