How to make
Mix the yogurt with the soda, add the salt.
The yeast is dissolved in the warmed milk (or water) and added to the yogurt.
Add the oil and mix everything well. Begin to gradually add the sifted flour, until a soft and sticky dough is obtained.
Make the dough in the evening, put it in the refrigerator in a covered pot, to rise.
The next morning it's ready make mekitsi for breakfast and for lunch and dinner you can make pizzas.
The dough for pizzas and makitsi is wonderful.
