How to cook
Sift the flour into a tray and make a hole in the middle. Mix the yoghurt, salt, sugar and baking soda until it gets bubbly.
Pour it in the well of the flour and start stirring with a spoon. Then start to knead by hand. You should get a nice sticky dough. Let it rise for 30 minutes or more.
The dough can be used for mekitsi and pitas.
