How to make
Dissolve the baking soda and hartshorn in the yoghurt. Beat the egg whites with the sugar and add the yoghurt, baking powder, oil and lemon zest.
Begin adding flour and knead a dough, which can be rolled out. Allow the dough to rest for a bit, then roll out to a thin sheet. Cut it into strips with a width of about 3/4″ (2 cm). Wind each around a cone shape, made of cardboard.
Arrange the cones in a tray with baking paper and bake at 360°F (180 °C) to pinking.
