How to make
Regarding the protein powder, I use vanilla flavor, because that's what I have on hand, but you can use whatever you have.
Put the pieces of roasted or steamed (must be cold) pumpkin in the jug of a nutribullet.
Add the cottage cheese, protein powder and peanut butter. Blend.
Put the resulting mousse in a suitable cup or bowl and decorate with seedless grapes and hazelnuts.
Consume the Pumpkin Protein Mousse without waiting.
