Ingredients

  • pumpkin - 3.5 oz (100 g) roasted or steamed
  • cottage cheese - 2 oz (56 g) without salt
  • protein powder - 0.3 oz (9 g) vanilla flavored
  • peanut butter - 1/2 tsp.
  • hazelnuts
  • grapes - without seeds

How to make

Regarding the protein powder, I use vanilla flavor, because that's what I have on hand, but you can use whatever you have.

Put the pieces of roasted or steamed (must be cold) pumpkin in the jug of a nutribullet.

Add the cottage cheese, protein powder and peanut butter. Blend.

Put the resulting mousse in a suitable cup or bowl and decorate with seedless grapes and hazelnuts.
