  • peanut butter - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • cocoa - 1 tsp.
  • almonds - approx. 0.2 oz (5 g)
  • milk - 4 tbsp.
  • dark chocolate - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

Mix in a blender all of the products without the chocolate and blend them .
