Ingredients

  • confectionery cream - 8.5 fl oz (250 ml)
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • chocolate spread - 7 oz (200 g)
  • sugar - 1 oz (30 g)
  • vanilla - 1 sachet

How to make

Whip the cream and add the chocolate spread, which we have previously melted in a water bath.

The eggs are separated and the yolks are beaten with the sugar until you have a smooth mixture and then it is added to the cream.

Beat the egg whites with the vanilla on until the mixture foams up and carefully add it to the chocolate cream.

Mix everything until you have a smooth mixture and distribute the finished chocolate mousse into cups.

The fluffy chocolate mousse is a great light dessert for the whole family!

Optionally, you can sprinkle it with pieces of chocolate on top.
