How to make
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath at medium temperature and let it cool.
Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and also put them in a water bath for 5 minutes, stirring during this time.
After removing them from the heat and waiting for them to cool down, little by little start adding the chocolate to the yolks.
Finally whip the cream and add it (saving a little for decoration) to the chocolate mixture until a homogeneous chocolate mousse is obtained.
Pour it into glass cups, cover with foil and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
When you take them out, decorate the wonderful chocolate mousse with a little cream, raspberries or something else to your taste.
