"The famous White Fish and Quinoa Salad - now you can prepare it at home"

Ingredients

  • green salad - 1 pc.
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • peppers - 3 pcs. (roasted and peeled)
  • white cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) Feta
  • quinoa - 1/4 cup
  • eggs - 2 pcs. (boiled)
  • salt - by taste
  • oil - or olive oil
  • lemon juice (fresh)
  • hake fillet - 1.
  • eggs - 1 pc. for the fish
  • flour - for rolling the fish
  • croutons - optional
  • Sauce
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
  • honey - 1 tsp.
  • mustard - 1 tsp.

How to make

The quinoa is boiled 1:2 with water for about 20-25 minutes and then it is strained well.

The fish is breaded with beaten eggs and flour and fried, until it aquires a golden color.

Put the chopped salad in a bowl, mix it with the quinoa, chopped tomatoes, boiled eggs, peppers and crumbled cheese.

Season with the sauce and the pre-mixed, salt (if necessary), oil/olive oil and lemon juice.

It is served on a plate and the breaded fish is placed on top.
