How to make
The quinoa is washed and boiled in 2 cups of water.
After it boils, turn off the stove and leave it covered for 15 minutes until it absorbs all the water.
Cut the cucumber, tomato and pepper into cubes and grate the carrots.
Finely chop the spring onions. Place the vegetables in a deep bowl. Add the strained chickpeas.
Finally, add the cooled quinoa.
The ingredients for the quinoa salad dressing are combined and mixed until smooth.
Pour the prepared dressing over the quinoa salad.
