How to make
The quinoa is boiled 1:2 with water for about 20-25 minutes and then it is strained well.
The fish is breaded with beaten eggs and flour and fried, until it aquires a golden color.
Put the chopped salad in a bowl, mix it with the quinoa, chopped tomatoes, boiled eggs, peppers and crumbled cheese.
Season with the sauce and the pre-mixed, salt (if necessary), oil/olive oil and lemon juice.
It is served on a plate and the breaded fish is placed on top.
