Ingredients

  • white fish fillet - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • potatoes - 14 oz (400 g)
  • milk - 1.5 cups (300 ml)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • breadcrumbs
  • butter
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Soak the white fish in milk for about 20 minutes, then clean it well from the bones.

Boil the potatoes in a small pot.

Beat the eggs with 2 tbsp. of milk and butter. Add black pepper.

Mash the fish along with the potatoes and add the dry spices.

Dip your hands in the egg mixture and take a bit from the fish mixture - shape the croquettes and dip them in the breadcrumbs.

Fry them until they aquire a golden color and serve them with a garnish of your choice.
