How to make
We bake the sea bass in the oven or on the grill.
The baked fish is cleaned from the skin and bones.
Blend it with the eggs. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Form fish croquettes that are 1-2 cm thick and roll them in breadcrumbs. They are baked in the oven for 15 minutes, drizzled with olive oil.
Preparing the sauce:
Squeeze the lemon. Mustard, garlic and dill are added to it.
Serve the fish croquettes with lemon sauce.
