  • butter - 1/2 cup
  • water - 1/3 cup
  • sour cream - 1/3 cup
  • salt - 1/4 tsp.
  • ground white pepper - 1/4 tsp.

How to make

Mix the water, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.

Boil over medium heat, until half of the mixture is left.
