How to make
The egg is beaten in a tall and narrow vessel. Add the oil or olive oil, 1 and 1/2 tbsp. of the lemon juice and salt.
Work with a liquidizer, which is placed so that it rests on the bottom of the vessel. It is switched on at high speed and hold it still until the bottom starts turning white, this happens in seconds.
Begin to slowly pull up the liquidizer until it reaches the surface and the mixture completely turns white and thickens. If necessary, it can be easily slid against the walls of the vessel.
The finished mayonnaise is mixed with the remaining lemon juice and yogurt.
If desired, garlic powder can be added and salt can be adjusted.
