How to make
The fish is cleaned from the head and from the entrails, washed very well under running water.
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, cover it with foil and let it absorb the spices and drain from the water.
Heat a grill greased with fat, put the fish and grill the bluefish on both sides, until done. Serve it with lemon slices and drizzled with lemon juice.
