How to make
Preheat the grill to maximum setting. Sprinkle the salmon with lemon juice, smear it with butter and then season it with salt and pepper.
Place the fish pieces on the grill, skin side down. Bake for about 15 minutes, while flipping over on the other side.
Serve the salmon with lemon slices, baked on the grill as well and a sprig of parsley for decoration.
