"The queen of fish doesn`t need too many spices, nor too much culinary treatment - just 10 min. on the grill and the right marinade!"

Ingredients

  • fish - 4 salmon cutlets
  • ginger - 1 tablespoon peeled and grated root
  • lemon juice - 2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
  • soya sauce - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 ml) natural, preferably salt - free
  • garlic - 2 crushed cloves
  • sesame oil - 2 tsp
  • red peppers - 1 tsp dried and crushed, can use coarse sweet paprika
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • lemons - 1, sliced

How to make

Mix all the spices without the lemon. Arrange the cutlets in a shallow pan and pour in the marinade. Leave it to stand for at least one hour in the refrigerator.

Arrange the seasoned fish on the element of the oven, placing a tray underneath. In an oven that has convection and grill functions, bake for 8-10 minutes.

For a conventional oven - about 20 minutes, and keep topping the fish with the marinade in which it has been for about an hour. Serve with butter, lemon and rusks.
