How to make
Clean the pork kidneys from the fat and skin and wash them well.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the kidneys, which we have cut in half. Cook for about 10 minutes, by also turning them on the other side.
Take them out and add the finely chopped onion to the butter.
Stew it and add the lemon juice and wine.
Boil over low heat, until the sauce thickens.
Add the sliced kidneys to the sauce and boil them over low heat for a few more minutes.
Sprinkle the appetizer with salt, black pepper and parsley.
