  • pork fillet - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper
  • thyme
  • butter
  • oil
  • flour
  • tomatoes (for garnish)

How to make

Cut the pork fillet as for steaks. It is tenderized lightly with a wooden hammer and the top is covered with transparent foil.

Sprinkle each steak with salt, black pepper and dried thyme.

In a plate pour 1 cup of flour, dip the meat on both sides and beat the excess off.

Heat a grill pan with a little butter and a spoonful of oil. Cook on both sides, until the meat is fully cooked.
