How to make
Pour the rice flour into a bowl and form a well. Add cornflour, ground flaxseed, oil, salt and egg.
Stir the soda in the yogurt, so that it activates and pour it in the middle. Mix well with a fork, scoop the flour and stir until you get a thick mixture, similar to porridge.
In a small rectangular baking pan onto baking paper pour the thick mixture with a spoon and flatten it out on top. Make a few cuts with a knife and sprinkle it with ground savory herb.
Bake the flat bread in an oven preheated to 360°F (180 degrees), with a fan, for about 25 -30 minutes. It is taken out and when it cools down a bit and break it into pieces where you made the cuts.
Eat it with mixed herbs and salt, tomato and white cheese or however you like. The bread is soft, fragrant, healthy and uniquely delicious. At least we know what we're eating!
