How to make
Activate the yeast in the warm milk, with 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp flour.
Sift the flour and knead a dough with the rest of the ingredients. Leave it in a warm area covered with a towel for 30 min. to rise.
Once doubled in volume, divide it into 5 balls and set aside a little dough for decoration. Roll out 4 of the balls to the size of the oven dish. Smear the 1st one with butter and place the 2nd on top of it.
Smear again, place the 3rd and finally the 4th. Cut it into 8 triangles, starting from the center, but don't go all the way to the edges.
Wrap up the triangles, overlapping them and tucking them underneath the pita. From the other ball of dough, form an oval, flat pita and place it in the middle.
Roll out the set aside dough for the decoration into a small sheet and cut out little baby feet using cardboard cutouts shaped like baby feet.
Cut out the duck and bunny with cookie cutters. Place the cut out baby feet in the center of the pita. Let the pita rise for about 40 min., then smear it with beaten yolk + milk and oil.
Sprinkle with sesame and poppy seeds. Bake at 320°F (160 °C) in a preheated oven for about 40 min. Once the pita cools a bit, smear it with butter or honey.
