How to make
First put the yeast to dissolve in the hot water, for about 2-3 minutes. Sift the flour, make a well in it and place all the products in except 1 egg yolk, which you will need for decoration. When the dough is ready, let it rise for 30 minutes.
Once doubled in volume, place it in a pre-oiled baking dish. Spread the top with egg yolk and sesame seeds and leave it to rise for a second time, and in the meantime, prepare the decorations.
