How to make
Dissolve the yeast in 1/2 the warm milk with the sugar and 1 tbsp flour.
It will take about 10 min. to activate. Beat the eggs with the remaining milk and oil. Sift the flour and add all the other products to it. Knead a smooth dough, medium hard.
Leave to rise until doubled in volume and divide it into 2 balls. Roll out 1 into a rectangular sheet, smear with butter and wrap into a roll. Do the same for the other ball.
Cut the 2 rolls into wide triangles, transfer them to an an oiled tray, alternating. Form the center of the pita from the leftovers of the rolls.
Leave to rise in a warm area, smear it with beaten together yolk, milk and oil. Sprinkle with seeds and bake in a preheated 340°F (170 °C) oven.
