How to make
Sterilize the jars until you peel the ginger.
Grab a peeler or a larger grater to make the thinnest possible ginger peel.
Put vinegar and water in a pot.
When the mixture boils, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool.
Put the thinly sliced ginger in jars, add the black pepper and pour the dressing over them.
Close the jars and leave them to cool.
The jars are small, so they will not take up much space. They should be ready for use in about two weeks.
The thinner the ginger is grated, the sooner the marinated ginger will be ready.
