How to make
Use fresh ginger, the skin of which can be peeled if desired. Then cut it into thin pieces, which are 1-2 mm thick using a grater or food processor. It is important that the pieces are of the same thickness.
Mix the ginger with the ground salt and leave it like that for half an hour.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl until everything is melted and homogenized. Pour the ginger with the marinade, making sure it completely covers the pieces.
Allow the ginger to marinate for at least 24 hours. Store it in a jar in the refrigerator.
